Kevin Weaver
President
Kevin joined ESCO in 2021 in the role of President, coming with over 25 years of management and leadership experience in the mechanical trades. He is driven by the relationships developed with each team member. He has a passion for leveraging technology to improve both the employee and customer experiences. Kevin enjoys spending time with his family.
His goal for the ESCO team is for team members to be present with family while providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. This is Kevin’s first time working with an employee-owned company. He believes in the unique value this brings to each ESCO team member and is excited to continue to build value for all MVE Group employees.
Tim Buch
VP of Operations
Tim began his career as an electrician but quickly discovered his passion for people and process improvement. He joined ESCO in 2019 as Service Manager and, in 2024, embraced the opportunity to serve as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Tim focuses on helping the team grow, strengthening relationships, and ensuring ESCO continues to deliver exceptional customer service.
Tim believes that relationships—both with coworkers and customers—are the foundation of personal and company growth. His leadership approach is built on care, collaboration, and a belief in helping his team get better a little at a time. Known for bringing both laughter and steady support to the workplace, he leads with authenticity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors fly fishing with friends, hiking, or kayaking with his wife and their dog. He also appreciates a good non-fiction book that inspires growth and perspective.
Ty Espenshade
VP of Business Developement
Ty brings deep industry knowledge and a strong commitment to excellence in his role at ESCO Security. Ty works closely with clients to deliver solutions that are not only technically sound but also tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, Ty ensures that every project he manages reflects MVE Group’s core values of quality, reliability, and innovation. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the process, and making sure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Rick Griffith
VP of Sales
Rick Griffith serves as VP of Sales for the MVE Group and ESCO Security. A Lancaster native, he has over 30 years of Sales and Management experience in security and related industries. Rick values the many relationships with his customers established throughout the years. He lives with his wife, Diana, in Lititz. They have 3 grown children. Rick is a graduate of DeVry Technical Institute with a degree in Electronics. In his free time, Rick enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his family.
